Use one Persona so Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Antigravity follow the same engineering setup. Apply it per project in Cursor. Claude Code, Codex, and Antigravity can also use a global Persona on this device.

Instruction

State the role, the stack, and how to verify a change. On apply, the Instruction becomes host files such as AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md. Keep only guidance that belongs on nearly every request. See Instruction.

Rules

One Must or Never policy per file. Examples: run the project’s typecheck before calling a change done, and do not add a dependency that the repository does not already use. See Rules.

Skills

Put a repeatable procedure in a Skill, such as how this repo runs tests or how a pull request is described. See Skills.

Knowledge Base

Store facts the agent must not guess: service boundaries, environment variable names, and which directory owns which feature. See Knowledge Base.

The product repository can stay in Git. A Persona revision is published from the Transcodes desktop app. See Compared with Git.
